The One Step Test for NT-proBNP/cTnI (colloidal gold) is intended for use together with the FIA8000 Quantitative Immunoassay Analyzer (FIA8000). The product employs colloidal gold immunochromatogrphy to determine NT-proBNP/cTnI in human serum, plasma, or whole blood specimens. Monoclonal antibodies and polyclonal antibodies are employed to identify NT-proBNP/cTnI specifically, resulting in two purplish red streaks appear on the test lines. The color intensity of each test line increases in proportion to the concentrations of NT-proBNP/cTnI respectively.
Then insert test card into the FIA8000 Quantitative Immunoassay Analyzer, the concentration of NT-proBNP/cTnI is measured quantitatively and displayed on the screen. The result can be transmitted to the lab or hospital information system.
