Dengue NS1 Ag Rapid Test (Colloidal Gold Assay)
Intended Use
The Dengue NS1 Ag Rapid Test is a lateral flow chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of dengue virus antigen (Dengue Ag) in human serum, plasma or whole blood. It is intended to be used as a screening test and as an aid in the diagnosis of infection with Dengue viruses. Any reactive specimen with the Dengue NS1 Ag Rapid Test must be confirmed with alternative testing method(s) and clinical findings.
Dengue Fever
Dengue fever (DF) is one of the most prevalent mosquito-borne viral diseases in the world - endemic in more than 100 countries, with more than one-third of the world's population at risk for transmission.
Because there are no completely effective vaccines available to prevent infection with dengue virus, early recognition and prompt supportive treatment can significantly reduce the risk of complications and death.
NS1: NS1 is a glycoprotein that is common to all dengue serotypes and can be used to detect either primary or secondary infections in the earliest stages.

Note: Do not mix or interchange different batches of kits.
STORAGE AND STABILITY
Store the test card at 4~30ºC with a valid period of 24 months. Use the test card within 1 hour once the foil pouch is opened.
Store the sample diluent at 0~30ºC with a valid period of 24 months.
Store the sample diluent at 2~8ºC for better results.
